Navigating the Unibox

Go to Unibox in the sidebar.

The left panel shows all replies from your campaigns, newest first. Unread threads are shown in bold with a blue dot.

Click any thread to open it in the right panel and read the full message. Opening a thread marks it as read and instantly updates the unread count badge in the sidebar.
