Labelling replies by intent

Open a thread, scroll to the bottom of the right panel, then click one of the "Mark as" buttons:

·Interested: lead wants to know more (hot lead, follow up manually)

·Not Interested: lead declined

·Out of Office: auto-reply, revisit after they're back

·Do Not Contact: removes lead from all future campaigns permanently

Once labelled, use the filter dropdown at the top of the thread list to see only leads of that type.
