Filtering by campaign or account

Use the filter dropdown at the top of the thread list to show:

·All: every reply

·Interested: hot leads ready for follow-up

·Not Interested: declined leads

·Out of Office: temporary out-of-office replies

·Do Not Contact: leads who must not be emailed again

Each thread shows the campaign it came from as a blue badge under the sender's name.
