Setting sending schedules

Sending window: Hours of day to send (e.g., 9 AM-5 PM in your timezone).

Active days: Days of the week (e.g., Mon-Fri only).

Min / Max delay: Random gap between each email send. This makes sending look natural to spam filters.

Daily limit: Max emails per day across all connected accounts.

The "Completes In" estimate shows how many days until all leads get all steps.
