Creating a multi-step sequence

In the campaign builder, click "+ Add Step" to add follow-up emails.

·Step 1: Your initial cold email

·Step 2+: Follow-ups, sent only to leads who haven't replied

Set a delay between steps (e.g., "3 days after previous step"). If a lead replies at any step, they stop receiving emails automatically.
