Understanding your dashboard

The Analytics page shows:

·Emails Sent: total across all campaigns

·Open Rate: % of recipients who opened (tracked via a 1x1 pixel)

·Click Rate: % who clicked a link

·Reply Rate: % who replied (most important metric)

·Bounce Rate: % of undeliverable addresses

The table below shows per-campaign breakdown. Active campaigns sort to the top.
